Welcome to Room 2
Kia Ora Whanau.
My name is Huitau Roberts and I am originally from Dunedin. I moved to Wellington two years ago to join this awesome school. I completed my registration last year and will be entering my third year of teaching and being at Linden School this year. I feel grateful to have begun my teaching career in such a fantastic and supportive community and school.
Room 4 is made up of an amazing group of year two and three tamariki most of whom I have already had the privilege of teaching. I am excited to continue to grow our relationship as a class and extend our learning from last year. Being a bucket filler underpins the learning and culture of Room 2 and the tamariki truly embody this in all parts of their school lives and hopefully at home too.
